This award is for leaders – at any level who make a difference to our services. We’re looking for role models who create a positive impact and develop those around them, through their leadership style or willingness to help other people be the very best they can.

Here are some examples of what they may have done:

• How they have supported a local team / service user through the challenges of the year 
• Demonstrating inspirational qualities that motivate and support colleagues 
• Embracing their own personal development and that of others in the team 
• Making positive service changes and raising staff morale.
• Embraced the Society’s autism acceptance campaign

For this award we need to see:

• That evidence offered happened within a three year-period from August 2019 - August 2022 
• An example of how the nominee has been a personal inspiration 
• An example of how the nominee has inspired the service / team they work within
• Evidence of a leadership position – at any level. (Manager, assistant manager, team leader, deputised for a period of time, led on a project etc.)
• Any other comments / additional evidence
