The Mackenzie Thorpe Centre is an independent specialist school based in South Bank, Redcar and Cleveland for pupils aged 5-19

Marble Run

Connor used his woodworking skills to make a frame to support a marble run that class 2 had made. Connor used his knowledge of imperial measurements and angles to measure, mark and cut the timber, even forming miter joints on the corners!

The learners in class 2 were thrilled that Connor’s work made their marble run strong and sturdy.
