The Mackenzie Thorpe Centre is an independent specialist school based in South Bank, Redcar and Cleveland for pupils aged 5-19

Learning about Road Safety

Class 4 have been working on their road safety in school and out in the community this week.

The pupils took their scooters to Lily Park in Redcar where the paths have been painted like real roads. Once there, they pretended to be road vehicles, looking out for road signs along the way.

This was a great way for pupils to learn about road safety and have fun at the same time!
