All learners receive tailored support based on their interests, aspirations, and capability during their personal transitions. Progress is targeted in dedicated Personal Development sessions with qualified careers staff, alongside being embedded into whole-school activities. This is consolidated within all curriculum areas, for all learners.

Discovering the world around us

As part of the curriculum, all learners are provided with information about the world of work to develop transferable skills during their lessons and activities in the community. This  broadens their understanding and experiences of different types of jobs and environments.
