Tom has been visiting for several weeks to chat to elderly residents, and the home said he has built up a "fantastic relationship" with them. The care home, run by St Martins Care, posted on their Facebook page: "Tom has an excellent personality, very open, honest and extremely chatty. He has built up a fantastic relationship with the residents, who always enjoy his visits, generally sitting talking about their pasts, likes and dislikes. "Tom always takes the time to visit the residents who are currently bed bound and again has built a good rapport. The residents also enjoy having tea and snacks with him." Although his placement has finished, Tom has asked to continue visiting. "We at Willow Green would welcome him back at any time," the home said. Well done Tom on making such a great impression and being a good friend to the residents. Manage Cookie Preferences
