Employment Futures

Employment Futures exists to help remove barriers to meaningful employment for autistic adults and/or those with learning difficulties.

Our job coaches offer one-to-one personalised support for neurodiverse young people, adults, and those with disabilities who are currently in paid employment.

Highly skilled, the team have the know how to help their clients find the skills needed to remain in employment, to navigate change within the workplace and to feel confident as an employee.

We can:
  • Provide mentoring for one-to-one personalised support
  • Provide practical teaching to remove any language barriers encountered in work
  • Offer coaches skilled in Training and Systematic Instruction (TSI)
  • Begin working with clients at any stage in their employment
  • Offer ‘crisis-point’ support
  • Help within the workplace

Support is accessed via self-referral or as a request from employers.

Support in Employment can often be provided free of charge via government funded Access to Work grant.
