Once you have found employment, we're still on hand to help support you. Our support includes everything from hints and tips, one-to-one mentoring and training for your employer. Our job coaches offer bespoke, personalised support for neurodivergent young people and adults, and those with a learning disability, who are currently in paid employment. Highly skilled - with years of experience - the team know how to help you find the skills needed to remain in employment, to navigate change within the workplace and to feel confident as an employee. Some of the support we offer includes: Mentoring for one-to-one personalised support Practical teaching to remove any language barriers encountered in work Coaches skilled in Training and Systematic Instruction (TSI) Working with clients at any stage in their employment ‘Crisis-point’ support Help within the workplace Support is accessed via self-referral or as a request from employers.
