What is your role at Diversity NE?

Employment Specialist.

How long have you worked for NEAS?

I have been in this post since the end of January 2023, however I started working for NEAS in February 2022 as a minute taker.

What is your career background?

My career has been very varied. I have done a lot of PA and admin work, as well as spending time as a carer, which was easily the toughest job I experienced.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Helping disadvantaged people onto our programme, with a view to improving their lives.

Why did you want to be involved with Diversity NE? 

I wanted to be involved in a programme where I could work towards helping people improve their lives.
