Do I need a formal diagnosis of any kind? Expand While it's our mission to champion the benefits of a neurodiverse workforce, you do not need to have received an autism diagnosis, have been diagnosed with a learning disability or difficulty or have been formally assessed for any other neurodiversities to be eligible to access support from DiversityNE.
Do I need to pay for support? Expand Absolutely not - Diversity NE is a free employment support service.
Can I access training for my organisation? Expand At Diversity NE, we support employers and businesses, as well as individual participants. Our experienced team can deliver bespoke training to meet the needs of your organisation, including sessions around autism and / or neurodiversity, reasonable adjustments to the workplace and advice around equality and diversity best practice. We are also a Disability Confident Leader, which means we can also help your organisation to become Disability Confident. Find out more here
