Employment Futures exists to help remove barriers to meaningful employment for autistic adults and/or those with learning difficulties.
Recent data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) shows that just 22% of autistic adults, and 26% of those with a learning disability are in any kind of employment.
These alarming figures are even lower than previous data has reported.
Founded in 2016, Employment Futures exists to help remove barriers to meaningful and sustained employment for neurodiverse adults and those with a learning disability.
Since our launch we have supported hundreds of individuals in finding and retaining employment, and employers committed to developing an inclusive workforce.
Recognised for our innovation and excellence, everything we do stems from an unswerving belief in providing bespoke support.
It’s at the heart of who we are to recognise and celebrate the uniqueness of every human being, and to understand that no two people, within an understanding of neurodiversity, will have the same needs or wants.
Our expert team are on hand to provide support for neurodiverse individuals and employers looking to recruit diverse talent.
