Residential Activity Support won the Team of the Year award for "allowing our people to live a life full of experiences and joy," as one of their nominations put it.

The team of 16 managed to arrange socially-distanced outings for the autistic people that access their services during lockdown, to help keep them active and stimulated.

Their hard work and patience has led to many breakthroughs in what people can achieve and access, and one family that wrote in to nominate them said their daughter always referred to them as her "friends .. they are always lovely and kind."

"They are a great bunch of people, and work really, really hard in the best interests of the people we support," says Ben Raine, Activity Support Manager.
