The Redhouse team have supported two autistic men to live in their own home after years in mental health institutions.

One of the men, who is now 60, had been in various mental health facilities since he was 17. The two men now enjoy food shopping, going for days out at the coast and playing pool together in their local community centre for the first time.

Jodie Reynolds, Redhouse team leader, said: "We are proud to have made such a difference to the two gentlemen's lives, and to have won this award. We all chip in and pull together - that's why we work so well."
