From singing to dancing and playing instruments - our adults and staff over at New Warlands Farm put on a Christmas show like no other.

People who access day services at the farm have been using their music therapy sessions to learn about different instruments such as the guitar, drums and keyboard alongside learning about different genres of music.

For those who prefer to sing, the therapy sessions have been time where they can practice using microphones and prepare for their performances.

Not only do these sessions help them learn what they enjoy, but they can also help with expressing emotions by using music to express how they're feeling during that time.
