All pupils are assessed on an individual basis and matched to a personalised pathway which is best placed to meet their needs. The Educational and/or Employment Pathway (Post-14) is designed to support pupils as they progress through to their next stages of education or employment. A bespoke programme is developed around pupils’ EHCP outcomes, which acknowledges their current skills, knowledge and required support needs, to succeed in the next stages of education and life. The programme gives pupils the opportunity to explore and experience activities, linking to both further education and employment. Enabling pupils to make informed decisions, when navigating their journey towards their long-term destination.
