ProgressNE

ProgressNE is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with the North East Combined Authority as the lead authority.

Removing barriers to create a fair, inclusive and accessible community.

At ProgressNE it is our mission to empower individuals to feel confident in taking their next steps, whether that’s towards employment, social engagement or improving their mental and physical wellbeing.

Aimed at those who are neurodivergent, have learning difficulties and disabilities, or are experiencing poor mental health, ProgressNE recognises and celebrates the difference in us all.

Our support is tailored to the needs, strengths and interests of each individual and our dedicated team works closely with participants to break down barriers, enabling them to fulfil their potential and to do the things that matter most to them.

The project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with the North of Tyne Combined Authority as the lead authority.

ProgressNE is delivered by a partnership between Azure Charitable Enterprises and North East Autism Society with self-employment support by Upstart Enterprise CIC.
