We pride ourselves on our in-house training opportunities to help our employees progress and achieve their career goals.

As a new starter you'll benefit from our comprehensive induction week, which will equip you with all of the knowledge and information you need to start your role confidently. You'll also work towards your Level 2 Understanding Autism certificate and have access to our training portal to further enhance your skills.

Once your induction is complete, you'll have the opportunity to undertake qualifications relevant to your sector and role, but there's also no pressure to do this!

We've helped Teaching Assistants achieve their dreams of becoming qualified teachers, and support workers progress in their careers to managing their own teams of staff in our residential homes... it's all about you and your aspirations.

By joining team NEAS we'll be on hand to support you every step of the way.
