Salaries and premiums 

We pay competitive rates for our sector and regularly monitor our pay schemes to ensure we remain as competitive as we can. 

Pension scheme 

As a new employee you'll be automatically enrolled into our pension scheme. NEAS will contribute 3% of pensionable earnings.

36 days holiday*

NEAS employees receive 36 days leave (pro rata for people working part time and role dependant).

Our education staff follow the school term times as defined by the Head Teacher or Principal. 

FE Tutors receive 40 days leave. 

Specialist training and development programmes 

All new starters go through a comprehensive induction programme, tailored to their sector and role, providing them with the knowledge and information they need to start confidently.

Employees have the opportunity to undertake a qualification relevant to their role to help them build a successful career with NEAS. Many of our current employees have used our training and development programmes to gain the qualifications needed to progress in their career.

All new employees will also work towards their Level 2 Understanding Autism certificate.
