Learner voice is integral to supporting learners to express their views and opinions at college. On a termly basis learners complete timetable surveys to identify sessions they enjoy, sessions they don’t and any alternative sessions they would like to try.

Staff also complete indicators of wellbeing during sessions to determine positive and negative indicators for learners who find it difficult to make a choice. The Learner Voice survey data is analysed and used to inform termly timetables.
