If we're successful in helping you to recruit a candidate, our support doesn't end there either. Our team will work with you, and your newly-appointed employee, to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

In-work support can include:

  • Mentoring the participant in the early days of their new role
  • Ensuring the line manager is aware of neurodiversity
  • Acting as an advocate for both employee and employer to minimise any potential problems
