Autism Acceptance Awards

What is the Autism Acceptance Award? This award is for organisations committed to making a real difference for autistic and neurodiverse people.

For any organisation embarking on this journey the outcome will not solely be an increased awareness and understanding of autism and/or neurodiversity but the further implementation of real-life, practical changes that make a difference for autistic and neurodiverse people.

About the award. The award is split into three distinct phases: BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD.

We would encourage you to work towards each of the three phases, but realise for some organisations this may not be possible.

Employment Futures

Employment Futures exists to help remove barriers to meaningful employment for autistic adults and neurodiverse people.

Support for employers. We offer a package of support for employers including specialised training and coaching.

Our expert team are on hand to help you, as a current or prospective employer of neurodiverse adults, and those with disabilities to really understand and support your employees.

Employer Support can often be provided free of charge via a government-funded Access to Work grant.

As a Disability Confident Leader we can “help you recruit, retain and develop disabled people who will help your business to succeed”.
