About you

Are you a friendly and approachable person? Do you strive for the best in everything you do, and think you could make a positive difference to the lives of autistic and/or neurodivergent adults? If this sounds like you, and you’re seeking a rewarding job role, we are currently recruiting for a number of Programme Support Workers to join our Day Services staff team.

Working independently and as part of a team, you will support adults to access a varied timetable of social and vocational activities both within our training centres and in the community. You will need to be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, have a drive and resilience for what is often a demanding role; and you must be people-centred with good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with the adults we support.

Whilst we value experience, it is not essential for candidates to have previously worked in an educational setting or with autistic individuals – all we ask is that you are hard-working, willing to learn and committed to promoting the positive development of the adults who access our services. If you think think you could be a good fit for Team NEAS, don't hesitate to apply.
