Our corporate supporters are vital to help us continue making a positive difference to the lives of autistic individuals, and their families, across the region. Work with us to engage and inspire your staff and customers through a tailor-made package. We partner with organisations of all sizes.
Autism Acceptance Award

This award is for organisations committed to making a real difference for autistic and neurodiverse people. For any organisation embarking on this journey the outcome will not solely be an increased awareness and understanding of autism and/or neurodiversity but the further implementation of real-life, practical changes that make a positive difference to people’s lives.

The award is split into three distinct phases: BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD. We would encourage you to work towards each of the three phases, but realise for some organisations this may not be possible.

Employment Futures

We offer a package of support for employers including specialised training and coaching. Our expert team are on hand to help you, as a current or prospective employer of neurodiverse adults, to really understand and support your employees. Employer Support can often be provided free of charge via a government funded Access to Work grant.

As a Disability Confident Leader we can “help you recruit, retain and develop disabled people who will help your business to succeed.

At North East Autism Society we will find the volunteering opportunity that is right for your employees. This ranges from skills-based volunteering, to practical team building opportunities.

We will source a bespoke, tailored opportunity for your business, overseeing health and safety, insurance and all logistics to ensure a successful, meaningful experience for your employees:

Skills Based

  • Enabling employees to pass on their professional skills to their community and help build capacity within the charity.

Interactive Events

  • Giving back in a fun, engaging way including helping to support mass participation events, through to collections.

Practical Team

  • Allows employees to make a tangible difference to community spaces, such as gardening and site maintenance.

PR Opportunities

Not only do partnerships generate excellent PR opportunities, they also provide much-needed support for the lifeline services we deliver to families throughout the North-east.

Together we can achieve more; as you give back to your local community, we will actively promote public relations, visibility, and brand awareness for your business.
