Cedar House is the most recent of our children’s homes to open. The home is located in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham just a short walk away from the town centre and local amenities.

We are registered with Ofsted as a Children’s Home (Unique Reference SC 458754). The home is registered for eight young people who are have a diagnosis of autism and/or learning disability.

Lee Miller

I joined North East Autism Society in 2007 as a support worked and has worked in a variety of management roles throughout NEAS’s children’s and adult’s residential services. I qualified as a registered nurse in 2017 and worked within the National Health Service as an Acute Medical Nurse alongside supporting Cedar House’s development before returning to NEAS on a full-time basis to take up the registered manager’s position at Cedar House.
