Issac, one of our pupils at Thornhill Park School, developed the idea of creating our very own radio station within school. In order to research the idea further, a visit was arranged to the BBC studios in Newcastle.

Issac, along with our teaching assistant Susan, visited the studios for a tour. Issac had the opportunity to visit different areas within the studio including the radio station and news area. He was able to ask a range of questions in relation to his research and explore some of the equipment that is used.
