Some pupils from Thornhill Park's Emsworth site travelled to the Utilita arena in Newcastle last week to attend the National Apprenticeship Show as part of their careers education. 

They talked to local employers and Further Education providers, including Nissan and Newcastle College, about the benefits of working as an apprentice. They also took part in lots of interactive and team building activities to help them identify what careers might be for them.
