Our courses
Providing accessible banking services for autistic people
Course length: 1 hour
Suitable for: Customer service and banking staff, Cashiers, Branch Managers, and Loan Officers
Delivery: Online / In-person
The aim of this training is for participants to develop:Â Â
- An understanding of what it means to be autistic by exploring the diversity of autistic experiences, challenging common misconceptions, and promoting acceptance through a neurodiversity-informed lens.Â
- An understanding of what challenges autistic people face when using banking services Â
- Skills and confidence in supporting people when using banking services Â
Understanding and supporting autistic people: Training for Police Officers
Course length: 2 hours
Suitable for: Police Officers and Community Support OfficersÂ
Delivery: Online / In-person
The aim of this training is for participants to develop:
- An understanding of what it means to be autistic by exploring the diversity of autistic experiences, challenging common misconceptions, and promoting acceptance through a neurodiversity-informed lens
- Â The ability to provide effective support for autistic people by equipping them with inclusive strategies, enhancing their understanding of what it means to be autistic, and fostering environments that promote wellbeing
- Confidence in supporting autistic people by deepening their understanding of autism, developing practical strategies for inclusive policing and fostering reflective practice through real-life scenarios and collaborative learningÂ
