Sarah Meharg is neurodivergent occupational therapist and personal trainer who was diagnosed with Dyspraxia and ADHD in adulthood.
With over 20 years clinical experience and a lifetime of lived experience she focuses on evidence based, practical strategies for boosting mood and living with purpose.
She works two days a week in the NHS as a specialist in adult neurodevelopmental team.
The rest of the time she owns MoodLifter which focuses on helping individuals and organisations overcome barriers to wellbeing. She is passionate about supporting people to flourish.

Ben is a situationally non-speaking Autistic and ADHD content creator, advocate and author.
