Acceptance Matters is an annual one-day conference, held after Autism Acceptance Month. Every year the conference features a panel of autistic and neurodivergent speakers, delivering informative, educational and insightful presentations, and often speaking from their own lived experience.
Yes, tickets cost £15 per person (early bird price until 28th February). If you’d like to discuss group bookings, please email kerrie.highcock@ne-as.org.uk.
Everyone who purchases a ticket will receive exclusive access to our post-conference area, where they can watch the event back.

You will be able to watch all of our events without having to have your camera or microphone on. During most events there will be an opportunity to submit your questions through a chat facility.
A virtual conference is a live or sometimes pre-recorded video that you can watch and interact with. Each event will be slightly different, but the aim is for each event to be interesting and informative. The host of each event will tell you how you can interact live with the guest speakers.
The conference will take place live on Zoom. Following the event, all ticket holders will be sent a link to our post-conference website, where the presentations can be viewed.
Once you register you will be sent a link to Zoom with instructions on how to join the conference.
Places are limited so you must purchase a ticket to attend; this also means you will find out all of the latest information first.
