Manchester Marathon
The fastest, flattest marathon in the country – the Manchester Marathon returns on Sunday 18 April 2027, offering the chance to join over 40,000 others running through the city’s streets. Starting at Old Trafford, you’ll head towards the City Centre before looping back down and out through Sale to Altrincham, before heading back to finish on Oxford Road at the University of Manchester.
We can offer a strictly limited number of entries to the 2027 event, which has already sold out for general entries. If you want to enter, this is the only way to do it!
Entry Cost & Sponsorship
We’ve partnered with Run For Charity to offer a limited number of places in this event for just £50.00 per person (plus £2.00 booking fee). For this event, we ask all participants to commit to raising £400.00 in sponsorship for North East Autism Society and the services we provide for autistic people and their families across the region.
The event is open to anyone aged 18+, and all finishers will receive a finishers t-shirt, various goodies, and a shiny medal to hang round your neck with pride. We’ll provide you with a Team NEAS running vest to wear on the day too, so you can show off your team colours as you conquer your challenge!
How To Enter
You can enter this event for Team NEAS by clicking the button below and completing your sign up with Run For Charity. Your details will be passed along to us to notify us that you’ve signed up and so we can support your journey to the start line, but won’t be shared with anyone else.
Please note, NEAS is subsidising the entry fee to this event as a fundraising opportunity. If you don’t meet the required sponsorship target ahead of the event, we reserve the right to withdraw your entry. We’ll be in communication with you throughout the buildup to the big day and will offer help and support to help you reach your target.
