These resources are open to everyone, and provide an overview of how to support a neurodiverse workforce.
They cover everything from what is meant by neurodiversity to an explanation of employers’ legal obligations, as well as tips on how to encourage neurodivergent applicants and support staff once they are hired.
Often the adjustments required are low-cost and straightforward to implement – and what is more, they frequently benefit ALL staff, not just neurodivergent colleagues.
