Acceptance Project
What is the Acceptance Project?
Inspired by our Autism Activists, the Acceptance Project brings together pieces of powerful artwork exploring what acceptance means to you.
Participants were encouraged to express ideas, experiences, and perspectives through any creative format, using art as a way to challenge misconceptions and promote inclusion.
The project is not about technical skill. It’s about expression, having a voice, and above all, acceptance.
Submissions for the 2026 project have now closed.
All entries, including our winners, can be viewed by clicking below.
Who can take part?
All ages
The project is open to anyone and everyone. Acceptance has no age limit.
All abilities
From Da Vinci to doodler, this project isn't about ability, it's about expression.

Why you should take part
This project is the perfect opportunity to use creativity to share your perspective and contribute to a wider conversation about autism acceptance.
Each piece will be showcased on our website and social media as part of our World Autism Acceptance celebrations.
