What Acceptance Means To Me

Acceptance

To celebrate World Autism Acceptance, we’re taking part in Autism Alliance UK’s ‘what acceptance means to me’ campaign.

The campaign encourages people to share what autism acceptance means to them in order to highlight the challenges faced by autistic people in society, tackle misconceptions, and explore how acceptance can, and does, change lives.

It also reinforces the importance of acceptance in improving outcomes, with many of the reasonable adjustments needed to support autistic people being highly effective and easy to implement.
