Acceptance Walk
Aycliffe School enjoyed participating in Autism Acceptance Month by participating in an Acceptance Walk.
Aycliffe School was able to honour and remember those who have served and sacrificed in wars or other conflicts through our Remembrance Day Activities. Aycliffe School honoured those who have served by holding a minute of silence throughout the school.
Students also learned about the importance of Remembrance Day through a large variety of activities such as wearing poppies, creating poppy crafts, learning about the different types of service, writing Thank You notes to those who have served, and creating poems around Remembrance Day themes.
Thank you to all that have served. We honour and remember you.
