Our work is all about supporting autistic people to overcome the barriers that still exist to getting and sustaining work – as well as promoting understanding of autism among employers.
Our Employment Futures department works with 350 people a year to secure employment, training and education.
Many participants in our employability schemes have never worked or have had negative experiences due to stigma, discrimination, inaccessible practices and lack of autism awareness.
