Early Years Foundation Stage
Our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) pathway is an individualised Pathway for learner's age 3-5 years old with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) ensuring pupils learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe with the specialised support to do so.
This programme is based on education milestones, communication and language development, physical development and personal social and emotional development
The pathways main aim is to promote teaching and learning to ensure children’s ‘school readiness’ and gives learners the broad range of knowledge and skills that provide the right foundation for good future progress through school and life.
The pathway intentions are to encourage the development of:

- Literacy
- Mathematics
- Understanding the world
- Expressive arts and design
