We are all unique. We all have different needs, desires, and aspirations, but we also experience different issues or find ourselves faced with different barriers. That’s why the support we offer at Working Together NE is tailored specifically to you.
If you’re 18+ and live in the North East Combined Authority (NECA) area, our dedicated team can help with personalised 1-1 support, job coaching, employer engagement, placements, progression pathways, and so much more.
Once enrolled with Working Together NE you will benefit from:
One-to-one meetings, wellness action plans, confidence building, and travel training.
Benefits checks and applications (Turn2Us), support with basic skills (English, Maths, ICT), and help accessing mainstream health services.
Access to community groups, social skills development, and positive disclosure support.
Careers advice, CV and interview support, bespoke skills development, work experience/work trials, and ongoing in-work support.
Employer training, self-employment support (Upstart), and tailored training/education guidance.
