Star Class have made a fantastic start to the new school year, settling back into their routines and enjoying lots of exciting activities.

Seeds of partnership planted with community garden
THPS Emsworth had a visit from Jenni Morris from ‘Just Let your Soul Grow’, which is a community garden based in Southwick, Sunderland.
Jenni informed our pupils about what the community garden has to offer including crafts such as making planters, bird houses and hedgehog houses with the possibility of rehoming hedgehogs and candle making.
Pupils may also be given the opportunity to paint their own plant box with the school’s name on it, cooking in embers of fire, growing teas, having a social enterprise stand and creating a frog playground.
