Jacket potato food enterprise

One of our learners in Lime Class at Kiora Hall has shown a keen interest in running a jacket potato van when he is older. He decided to develop his skills in making and creating his jacket potatoes now.

He caters for around 8-15 staff members every Friday, making toppings which include cheese savoury, chicken and bacon, chicken and sweetcorn, tuna and cheese and beans.

Staff at Kiora Hall have described the potatoes as 10 out of 10! Delicious and amazing!
