Absolutely! 

We pride ourselves on retaining and nurturing the talents of our employees. Many of our current employees have worked their way up the ranks - be it from teaching assistant to school principal, or support worker to managing one of our residential homes. In fact, our Director of Education Chris Dempster joined the Society as a classroom assistant in 1990.
