Who we are We are the leading provider of care and education for autistic and neurodivergent children, young people and adults in the North East of England. We run 60 sites from Northumberland to Teesside, including four schools, a college, a vocational training farm, employment services, short breaks lodges, residential and supported living homes, adult day services, and family support. We’ve come a long way since our beginnings in 1980 when a group of parents re-mortgaged their homes to set up a school for their autistic children. But one thing hasn’t changed. Our founders were dedicated to helping autistic young people to fulfil their potential in life – and to this day, that commitment remains at the heart of everything we do. We do this by: Delivering highly personalised support for each child, young person and adult in our services Supporting autistic people and their families with workshops, advice and information Working with businesses and organisations for better understanding, improved services and greater opportunities for autistic people Campaigning and advocating for neurodivergent people everywhere Find out more about we do Our services We offer education and care services for children, young people and adults.
