Class One Our topic this term is 'inspirational people'. In Class 1, we celebrated our own talents and discovered that we are all unique. We had lots of fun creating our own self-portraits. Our favourite part was looking at ourselves in the mirror and pulling funny faces! We are so proud of Class 1's creations - they are amazing! Class Two Class 2 enjoyed an Olympic themed day, where they made their own Olympic Torch and competed in a mini-Olympics! This was an enjoyable celebration' Class 2 also took part in gardening and re-planting, as well as reading, playing musical instruments and learning using building blocks. The whole class had happy smiling faces and enjoyed their first week back at school. Some pupils in Class 2 even went Trampolining and visited the local park, exploring the local community and learning about road safety. Class Three Aaron enjoyed the lovely weather during a Travel Training session to Herrington Park. Whilst there Aaron hung fat balls in the trees for the birds to eat. Elanor also visited a local supermarket. Here she is paying for her cookery ingredients. Jacob also went shopping for cookery ingredients after working out the amount of ingredients required for the group. Brooke made flapjacks during a cookery session. The class enjoyed a John Muir session at Rainton Meadows where Elanor discovered a huge toad. She also made a Dream Catcher during the workshop. See more news Manage Cookie Preferences
