NEAS provide supported living services for adults with Autism. We currently support people in Durham, North Tyneside and Newcastle in 7 locations and we are developing services in Sunderland.

The care team is managed and supported by an operations manager who is supported by an Area Manager and each location has a Team leader.
Supported living provides the opportunity for individuals to live in their own home with support that meets their assessed level of support which is provided by trained staff who will encourage service users to look after and personalise their home.

We have developed supported living services in partnerships with a number of Housing Associations and local authorities to enable individual’s to live in their own home rather than living in residential accommodation or living with their family. People can choose to live on their own or share a house or flat. Before the individual person moves into their our home we will do an In-depth assessment and care planning process that involves the person with autism and their families so that they receive a flexible, personalised service with a program of support designed to meet agreed outcomes that are person centered.
