About you

Are you a friendly and approachable person? Do you have a desire to change people’s lives for the better? If this sounds like you, and you’re seeking a rewarding role, we are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our Adult Short Breaks team, working in the idyllic setting of New Warlands Farm.

Working within luxury short breaks holiday lodges on our beautiful County Durham farm site – you will support adults to access a range of activities, both on-site and out in the community. You will need to be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, have a drive and resilience for what is often a demanding role, and you must be people-centred with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Whilst we value experience, it is not essential for candidates to have previously worked in the health and social care sector, or with autistic and/or neurodivergent adults – all we ask is that you are hard-working, willing to learn and committed to helping the adults we support to live as safely and independently as possible, within a home-away-from-home environment. If you think think you could be a good fit for Team NEAS, don't hesitate to apply.
