Emsworth pupils achieve first aid qualifications

Pupils at Thornhill Park school Emsworth were taught essential first aid skills by Ed from the North East Autism Society’s in-house training team.

They learned how to apply bandages, place someone in the recovery position, and perform CPR.

All of the pupils who took part in the sessions engaged well with Ed and demonstrated a high level of proficiency in first aid.

Through completing the sessions, pupils achieved Level 2 Awards in Student First Aid.
