Life with Tourette syndrome ‘It’s not me – it’s Suzie’
For Neurodiversity Celebration Week, Peter Barron talks to a young Thornbeck College learner about her life with Tourette syndrome.
Learners from Thornbeck College attended an experiential visit at Cummins for a site tour of the plant which includes engines made for trains, boats and other large vehicles. Learners increased their knowledge on creating cleaner emissions and the wide range of employment options available through Cummins. Students completed a workshop with an engineer about the process of building a battery powered F24 car provided by Green Energy.
