Chocolate and lego fun

Mackenzie Thorpe Centre celebrated Lego day and National Chocolate day!

Learners enjoyed a range of Lego activities and tasks together including completing challenges, colouring pictures and different Lego sets. Learners worked together and independently on these activities and created some amazing designs!

We also hosted a Chocolate Cake day which involved learners and staff shopping for ingredients, researching chocolate cake recipes and making a range of different flavoured chocolate cakes. Parents and carers visited and tasted all the amazing cakes and learners could leave different reviews for different cakes.

The learners loved taking part in this and everyone enjoyed some amazing chocolate cakes.
