Busy week at MTC

Learners at Mackenzie Thorpe have had a busy week this week, starting with a visit from the therapy dogs which is always a big favourite.

They also visited new environments which included different parks and cafes, working towards their community inclusion and independent living targets.

Learners have been engaging in playing games together with their peers and new classmates, learning new skills and games including chess and jigsaw puzzles and working towards their education and communication targets.
