This fantastic fun-filled event is a great way to get you and your family in the festive spirit. The spirit of the event is 'taking part' not 'winning' so you can run, jog or walk – you decide. Plus, lots of other Christmas treats.

Throughout the course there will be interactive and Christmas film themed characters and chocolate zones, along with the reward of a warm and a comforting cup of hot chocolate and mince pies. Plus Santa may also make it for a visit!

 

Runners will tackle one, two or three laps of our festive fundraising course, fuelled by chocolate all the way to keep you going.

 

                   

Registration

Registration is £20 with a suggested amount of £40 to raise through sponsorship. Your registration fee covers the cost of hosting the event, but it is your sponsorship money that makes the difference to us! We need vital equipment and furnishings to kit out our new additional short break lodges at our New Warlands Farm site. Children aged 15 and under can enter the event for FREE but must be accompanied by a participating adult (limit to 2 children per adult).

Included in your registration is:

  • Warm up
  • Fully stewarded family-friendly course
  • NEAS goody bag (including water and chocolate treats)
  • Souvenir mug (complete with hot chocolate when you cross the finish line)

 

Please Note:

Allergies: Please be aware that because this event involves chocolate that some of the products may contain nuts if you have an allergy.  

Also please be aware that there will be no chocolate thrown at the chocolate stations, it will be handed to each runner to eat.


Our Christmas Raffle Draw

As a participant of Choco Charge you can purchase our Christmas Raffle tickets as part of your registration for £1 per ticket instead of the normal cost of £2. You will have the chance to win £1,000, £500 or £250 CASH! As well as other great prizes in time for Christmas!

 

The draw will take place on Monday 18th December. We will notify winners by phone or email as well as listing them on our website.

 

To purchase one of our raffle tickets players must be over 16 years of age.

You must register on the day of the event at our registration tent. 

Please ensure you leave enough time to register so that you can be at the start/finish area 10 minutes before the run goes off. This will ensure that you have enough time warm up, attend the mandatory Health and Safety briefing and be part of the big colour party before the run starts.

Please complete ALL participants contact details when you register for this event so we can keep everyone up-to-date with the event information.

Waivers and agreements

Please read the following waiver and agreement carefully. They include releases of liability and a waiver of legal rights, and deprive you of the ability to sue certain parties. By agreeing electronically, you acknowledge that you have both read and understood all the text presented to you as part of the registration process.

 

Refunds/Transfers

There are no refunds for you if you cancel your place a month before the event; however we are able to transfer your place to another person.

 

If you would like to cancel your place before a month before the event then we can give you a full refund.
