PSHE in Sun Class

During fun and exciting PSHE lessons about self-awareness this term, Sun class has been identifying the positive qualities of themselves and their peers.

During this particular lesson, the pupils recognised various attributes of good friends and how they define social relationships with the people around them. The pupils were encouraged to make their own choices in selecting characteristics which meant the most to them in friendships and complete their work with an increasing awareness of how to be kind to others.

While learning about self-esteem, the pupils recognised good qualities in themselves as they had to show how they think they are good friends to others through the use of symbols and key words relating to friendship.

Throughout PSHE this term, the students have gained significant confidence in recognising positive features of themselves and their interactions with others, allowing them to initiate and engage in a range of social scenarios with greater independence.

So far it has been a brilliant term of PSHE work from Sun class!
