NEAS has been awarded £17,850 from the Morrison’s Foundation to help continue our Family Support Programme. The project will run throughout 2016 and will support our parent workshops, youth club and toddler group sessions. The services are based at the North East Centre for Autism in Newton Aycliffe and supports families from across the region.

Theresa Arrowsmith, Newton Aycliffe Co-ordinator at NEAS said: “We are extremely grateful to Morrison’s for their support. Without this funding we would not be able to provide this level of support to children and families, so crucial in the North East where limited services are available. The donation will help families stay together and children to reach their potential. This project will allow us to support over 100 families and individuals on a regular basis over the year.”
